At first glance everything was good, but on closer inspection a complete rip-off ... let's start with the ambience, plastic flowers and one of the waiters was very unfriendly. In the first course (melons with Serano ham) the ham was dried out as was the bread. Everything was okay with the pasta, except that there was so little squid inside. The main course was awful !!! the steak was completely through and dried out it had the consistency of a stone I couldn't get it down, horrible !!! also the fish, which tasted as if it had been waiting for days to be thrown away, dry and not tasty. The dessert was probably a finished tiramisu so nothing special but you can't really go wrong. A positive one was the good water haha embarrassing

Wonderful place to spent vacation. Well equipped, comfort rooms, very nice and helpful personel and ofcourse delicious breakfasts. Hotel is situated in very beatiful part of Vieste near beach and old town.

We stayed at the beginning of July with the group in this hotel. The Cristalda is an excellent hotel, clean and simple like many beach hotels, but it has all the essentials for a pleasant holiday just a stone's throw from the sea. The four stars for the overly elaborate and pretentious cuisine, completely inadequate for the location where after a day in the sun one would like to eat something fresh and hydrating instead of an overly elaborate dish.

Comfortable and clean rooms, perfect bathroom. Excellent breakfast with delicious cappuccino made from a bar coffee machine, which is very rare, and a lot of choice between donuts and tarts of all kinds. Excellent location on the Pizzomuno beach, 200 meters from the sea and very close to the center which can be easily reached on foot. Staying in a B & B for a week, it's a shame not to have tasted the cuisine!

This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel. For us it was a reconfirmation and we will certainly return next year. Very kind and helpful staff at all times. Excellent cleanliness. The hotel is located a few steps from the center.

Clean hotel with kind and prepared staff. We had a problem with the air conditioning, and they immediately gave us another room. Perfect location (just a short distance from the seafront and the centre). If I really have to find a small "flaw", update the furniture. Very good breakfast. I recommend the hotel to anyone going to Vieste.

Very welcoming hotel in a strategic position very close to the Pizzomunno beach and the center of Vieste. Excellent cleanliness and helpfulness and kindness on the part of all the staff. The owner was friendly, smiling and always available for any request. Three of us stayed for a week with a little girl in a wheelchair. There are no architectural barriers, there is an access ramp to the hotel and private parking. The rooms are very clean and smell of laundry every day. We highly recommend staying at the Cristalda of Vieste !!!! you will spend a relaxing holiday! Manuela (Ve)
